Camp hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm, Ages 4-6 years old
$300/week
Our camp includes: grooming, 1 riding lesson per day, arts and crafts, and other horse related activities.

Pony Camp Registration
Registration is a 2 step process:
1. Fill out the Pony Camp Registration form above.
2. Pay for your spot via Venmo (@woodhavencamps) or Zelle (jean@woodhavenstable.com)
*Registration is not secure until payment is received
Please include camper's name and camp week in payment!

IF CAMP IS FULL- CHECK BACK 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THAT WEEK TO FILL OUT THE WAITLIST FORM IF STILL INTERESTED!

Week 1: May 26-30 (no pony camp)
Week 2: June 2-6 - FULL
Week 3: June 9-13 - FULL
Week 4: June 16-20 - FULL
Week 5: June 23-27 - not full
Week 6: June 30-July 3 (no pony camp)
Week 7: July 7-11 - not full
Week 8: July 14-18 - not full
Week 9: July 21-25 - not full
Week 10: July 28-Aug 1 - not full
Week 11: Aug 4-8 - not full
Non-refundable deposit: $200
Balance: $100
When paying your “Balance Due”, please complete that transaction prior to 9pm on the Sunday before camp starts. You can also bring a check or cash on Monday morning. Monday registration can take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive an email about camp by Friday evening prior to start of camp, please contact us. We may not have your registration. This information will be included in the email.
There is a $25 administration fee for changing weeks. Please check your calendar.
For the first day of camp: Please do not drop off your child/children before confirming all paperwork has been processed. Refer to the Camp Checklist for what your child needs to bring. Make sure to bring a snack and water bottle!
There's no need to worry about staying cool in the hot summer months, we have many water activities between riding times and an air conditioned cabin for the campers.
