We have made registering for Woodhaven Summer Camps even easier by offering the ability to pay for your camper's camp online with a credit card! While we offer Paypal, you don't have to be a member, all you need is a major credit card.
Please be aware that if you choose to pay for Camp In Full ($450), $200 of that is considered as a non-refundable deposit without cancellation notice by Friday 2pm prior to the camp.
There is a $25 fee to change camps/ $50 if it is a closed week. It takes a lot of administrative work to change your camp and then to find someone to fill your spot.
** For the week of Memorial Day (Week 1) the initial deposit is the same amount of $200, but the balance due will be $160 instead of $250.
** For the week of Independence Day (Week 6) the initial deposit is the same amount of $200, but the balance due will be $70 instead of $250.
This can be paid via venmo (by Sunday at 9pm the night prior to the camp) or with cash or check on the Monday morning of camp.
